The face of E-commerce is evolving, it’s now all about creativity and branding and not only set against a white backdrop. You can shoot an editorial-style, location-based shoot giving a more artistic approach as well as showing the product in a different light.
We can produce original, cost-effective content to assist you to meet your marketing goals. There is nothing we haven’t shot over the years so we know what it takes to understand anything to help make your product stand out above the competition.
We now integrate both photo and video into the same shoot so keeping costs down by having a single production.
We have worked with both large high-street companies and small independent designers and will adhere to your brand rules if you don’t already have any we can assist you by giving you the guidance you need to develop one.
Photography
You can get custom images designed specifically for your brand and if required collaborate with brand art directors.
Video
A must in shooting eCommerce is to include a short video (15 seconds) to further enhance your project. We usually set up video to run concurrently with photography so the same style is carried across both photo and video. It also keeps production costs down as you don’t have to book two separate productions.
Shooting with a model
If you want to increase engagement and online sales, our Ecommerce Fashion photography is a good option. With our experienced direction, we can easily direct your models to get the best from your product.
You can have free model casting at our studio to find the right model for your project.
Packshot photography.
Mainly used for brochures and online catalogues, we will supply your product shots beautifully on a white (or single-coloured) background.

I need my products shot urgently!
We’re usually able to provide an Express 24hr turnaround. Call our studio as soon as possible so that we can check our availability
How long will it take to get my images?
Once we have shot your images our standard turnaround time is 4 working days. However, if you require your photos sooner than this we do offer 24hr, 48hr and 72hr turn arounds at additional prices.
Can you organise models?
We can organise a casting for you at our studio at no extra cost. It’s essential that you see the model you want to use pre-shoot as models can often physically change over a short period and you don’t want to be stuck on shoot day with a model unsuitable for your project.
How do I create a brief?
Before any shoot, we will send you over a booking form which lets us know important information such as the number of products to be shot, a shoot list and file requirements. There is also the option to upload image references. If your shoot is creative it’s also helpful to create a mood board, either by collating images or using Pinterest, as this gives us a good understanding of what visual style you are looking for, and what range of content you need. Ideally, the more information we have before the shoot the better!
How much will it cost?
Depending on your budget we can create something which is quite basic to enhanced content. We like to be fair.

Can you help when booking the shoot?
Absolutely! Our booking manager can answer any questions you may have via phone call, email or in person!
How are items prepped for shooting?
We are highly experienced in preparing all types of products/clothing for shooting. Clothing will be shot in the most flattering way or according to any style guides provided. As you may not be present during the shoot, for best results, providing an example of how you want your clothing styled is recommended.
Will my items be colour matched?
Our team of retouchers will colour match your items in-house on professionally colour-calibrated monitors. We recommend leaving your garments with us until images have been approved for this reason (generally 4 days from shooting) If you need your garments back before then please let our booking manager know.
Do you include re-touching in the price?
Retouching varies per client in style and requirements. Our retouchers are highly skilled and can provide detailed quotes before commencing any work.
Do you include Video editing in the price?
Again video editing varies per client in styles and requirements. Our editors can provide detailed quotes before commencing any work.
What format will my images be supplied?
Generally, we provide images in Full Resolution JPG. If you need any specific file formats or colour profiles (for example for print) please let us know.
Can you organise the studio and h&m?
Yes, we have our very own fully equipped studio in central London.
We have Hair and makeup artists available to book in for you.
