INTRODUCTION

BMD associates is one of the building industry’s most respected construction firms dealing with commercial properties, winning their clients millions in settlements while maintaining the highest standards of integrity. There should be no doubt that BMD know their business and how to help keep their clients win big.

But BMD isn’t the only player in town.

Other firms in the commercial insurance space have been able to shape the conversation in order to attract the ideal client. They’ve created just enough noise to give BMD prospects a bit of a pause. To have them consider other options. This makes it more difficult for BMD to differentiate from lesser performing firms and creates friction in the sales process, resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars in missed opportunity.

The only way for MMA to get above the noise and become the ONLY option for their clients is to completely and utterly dominate the narrative….

OVERVIEW

In order to accomplish this we’ll create a sixty-second Sizzle Reel Video that showcases BMDs work and their Client’s involvement at the event. We’ll focus on interactions with the brand. the creativity and workmanship behind the trade-show booth and the energy of the event itself.

The Sizzle Reel is to show that the people behind the Client’s brand are REAL people, and not just a carefully-crafted marketing message. By showing authenticity in an industry speciec environment, prospects will see that the Client has skin in the game with the building industry and is showing up to provide real value.

Along with the Sizzle Reel, we will capture and curate a series of photos to share in real-time on the Client’s social channels. This will help to draw attention to both the Client’s brand and help to start conversations within the industry around BMD’s work. Armed with these pieces of content along with a rock-solid implementation strategy. BMD and their Client will be able to win the trust of future prospects and show why they are the best option in their space.

THE VIDEOS

The goal with the event videos is to show that people behind BMD are REAL people, and not just a carefully crafted marketing message. By showing authenticity in an industry specific environment, prospects will see that BMD been in the roofing industry and is showing real value..

For the studio videos we’ll work with you to decide on a list of ten different topics that you can help provide your prospective clients: Things like What is BMD? And What should I expect t when dealing with you?. We will then film members of your practice in our studio environment discussing these topics and create high end videos that fit in with the current look and style of BMD branding.

Armed with these videos along with a rock solid implementation strategy, BMD will be able to win the trust of prospective clients and give referral sources a tool to help show why BMD is their best option for commercial insurance matters.

Video Production

You gotta have this

PLANNING AND PREPRODUCTION

The most important part of the video production process is to have a solid plan in place so we can convey the right message and make the maximum amount of impact on your audience. While we've already touched on the overall purpose of the video in our initial conversations, the Pre-Production Meeting will be a collaboration that dives into the specifics of the project and provides a clear outline that informs the remainder of the production. These sessions are generally around an hour in length and require any stakeholders in the production process to be present. In our situation, the tone is key So together, we will decide the following for the video: Audience: Who are we speaking to? This will decide a lot. Messaging: What key message or value do we need to communicate? Call-To-Action: What action should the viewer take after watching the video? Implementation: What platforms are you active on? Are we playing offense or defense? Brand: Colours, graphics, and 'look and feel' of the brand. What tone do we need to set? Logistics: Location. personnel, clearances. scheduling. All of the fun stuff. When we're done. we'll have a solid plan in place. and will be ready to begin Production.

THE SHOOT

IF I COULD TELL THE STORY IN WORDS WOULDN'T HAVE TO LUG AROUND THIS CAMERA." H/NES ON LOCATION Using the Pre-Production Outline as our template, we'll arrive on location ready to go with a solid plan in place. We'll be sure to bring all of the necessary equipment, from professional audio recorders to an assortment of specialised lenses and a 4K camera package, to get the job done with the highest degree of quality. All content will be captured on professional-grade media cards and backed up immediately after each day's events. Once we've captured all of the content we need, we'll consider the shoot to be 'in the can' and begin the next stage of production. IN STUDIO For the studio portion of the video series, we'll film you in our central London-based studio environment using professional-grade lighting and audio. Using the Pre-Production plan as a guide. we'll have you speak on the topics that matter most to your prospective clients. By shooting in our studio, you’ll be able to take your time with each video and make sure everything we capture is well-informed and intentional. Along with the ability to do as many takes as we need, shooting in this environment will allow us to use colours and lighting that match your brand and will incorporate seamlessly into your website and social channels. And don't worry about getting nervous or messing We'll be here to coach you every step of the way to make sure you come across as confident and assuring video as you do with your clients. Once we're happy with all of the studio-captured footage, we'll move on to the edit.

THE EDIT

This is a case of crafting our story and watching our plan come to life. We’ll use a range of different tools to make this happen, and when we're satisfied, we'll send you a draft version. When your draft is ready, you'll be asked to review it and provide us with any notes on changes that you would like made. We'll follow up around what needs to be changed. and will send you a new version with the agreed-upon changes. When you're happy, you simply sign off on it, and we'll deliver a final draft via digital download that's ready to share with the world.

THE IMPLEMENTATION

WHAT'S THE POINT OF CREATING SOMETHING AMAZING IF NOBODY WATCHES IT? It's easy to get so excited lout actually making a video that you don°t pay enough attention to the follow-through. The truth is tens of thousands of business-focused videos get created every single day with absolutely zero plan on how to get that content in front of the right audience. leaving business owners wondering why they created a video in the first place. We've seen this happen time and time again with businesses who are new to using video. and that's why we°ve made it our mission to go to war for our clients on getting results. How do we do that you may ask? We dive DEEP with our clients to understand their business and the clients they serve. We want to know what drives your clients to work with you. We want to know what problems you solve for them. How your sales process works. What your email marketing and social accounts look like. What your clients have to say about you and who else they work with. We make it a point to ask the right questions so we can help develop the right strategies to get you results. The bottom line is this. When you work with us. you're getting more than just a video. You're getting a team that's hellbent on making sure you're successful with video.
